that is tailored to the individual&#8217;s needs, enabling people to lead independent, meaningful lives as active members of the services we are able to provide support for those who have a range of learning disabilities and complex needs, autism and sensory communication difficulties, along with providing expert nursing care (where needed).<\/p><p>These community based services provide care and support in group homes and also independent flats.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our teams specialise in working with young people transitioning into adulthood and also those with forensic needs and are experts in supporting those with epilepsy.<\/p><p>Our community based learning disability and autism care services are suitable for individuals who require a supportive environment and\/or nursing care, to ensure they are able to live safely in the community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section
