Specialist mental health service Dunnock View has been rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in all areas following its latest CQC inspection. 
Elysium Healthcare is proud to share that Dunnock View has been rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in all five areas of the inspection criteria: is the service safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs, and well-led?
The CQC report praised the service for providing “safe care” and noted that “the wards had enough staff and ward teams had access to the full range of specialists to meet the needs of patients”. The report also recognised that “feedback from patients and carers about the service was mostly positive”, with patients noting “they felt safe, and that staff were caring and treated them with kindness and respect.”
Located in Essex, Dunnock View provides an acute inpatient service for men and women, specialising in the assessment and treatment of individuals in crisis or suffering from significant mental health problems.
