Ramsay Health Care appoints Joe O’Connor as Chief Executive Officer at Elysium Healthcare, effective 12 January 2026.
Joe O’Connor will join Ramsay’s Group Executive Leadership Team and lead Elysium Healthcare, which provides specialist health and care services across England and Wales.
He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across health, social care and professional services, including as CEO of Four Seasons Health Care Group and senior healthcare advisory roles at EY and AlixPartners. Joe O’Connor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales with extensive experience in operational transformation, governance and stakeholder engagement across regulated sectors. He has also served on governance boards and industry bodies across the UK, including the Policy Board for Care England, influencing on key matters across the care sector.
