As organisations around the world mark International Women’s Day, Elysium Healthcare is highlighting the importance of meaningful, year‑round support for women.

With a large number of female colleagues working in clinical, operational, and corporate roles – 65% of our team in total are female – the organisation recognises the vital contribution women make every day and is committed to ensuring they feel supported, connected, and valued.

To mark International Women’s Day, Elysium’s Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) has launched a series of events and resources designed to empower colleagues and create space for shared experiences.

Among these initiatives is the newly introduced Podcast Club, an online discussion forum that recommends and explores podcasts relevant to women’s lives, leadership, wellbeing and personal development..

The organisation is also continuing its Menopause Lounge, a monthly online drop‑in space that offers open conversation, peer support and a sense of community for those navigating menopause. This sits alongside a programme of webinars covering key topics such as women’s health, menopause and the experiences of working parents and families.

Nicky Lintott, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Elysium Healthcare, said:“Women are integral to every part of Elysium, and we want to do everything we can to support them. These initiatives are about more than marking a single day, they are about creating opportunities for connection, understanding, and empowerment throughout the year. By investing in these programmes, Elysium continues to strengthen its commitment to equality, inclusion, and the wellbeing of women across the organisation.”
