Gregory House provides a specialist community-based provision with individual bespoke care packages which are person-centred, and outcome focused. This enables people with continued behaviours of concern and high support needs to be cared for in the least restrictive setting possible, but within a service which is bespoke and structured enough to meet their ongoing needs and risks. We promote active engagement in the community and the opportunity to develop new lifestyle choices to improve self-esteem, confidence and lead a good and meaningful life. Individuals may move on to their own home, supported living or residential settings.
