Mariliza Bautista
Care Centre Director
Mariliza Bautista (Laiza) is registered general nurse who qualified in the Philippines in 1996 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She specialised in medical-surgical field but also had experiences in the fields of maternity, mental health, orthopaedics and paediatrics. Mariliza was also supporting nursing students back in the Philippines by teaching them subjects related to their course and supervising them in hospitals and community during their placements. In 2005, she was given the opportunity to further her career as a nurse in the United Kingdom. Since her arrival in England, she has been working in private sectors and care homes, assisting service users of different age groups with various medical conditions. Throughout the years, she has worked her way up to senior management team and also has achieved a diploma in Level 5 - Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Due to her interest in the neurological field, Mariliza eventually joined Adderley Green in 2016. She comes to work with so much compassion and care as she believes that every single life matters.
Renjith Eettickal Reghu (Raj)
Therapy Lead and Senior Physiotherapist
Renjith Eettickal Reghu (Raj) has been qualified as a physiotherapist for over 15 years and has spent much of his career working in services supporting patients with neurological conditions. Raj’s expertise extends to providing respiratory management for those residents who present with complex respiratory conditions including for those who require tracheostomies. As therapy lead for Adderley Green he provides much of the specialist training required to assist staff support our residents to the best of their ability as well as providing a wealth of experience and expertise to the wider inter disciplinary team.
Louise Cleaver
Deputy Care Centre Director
Louise has over 16 years of nursing experience, specialising as a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD), qualifying in 2009 with a diploma from Keele University. Louise joined Adderley Green Care Centre in 2015, having worked for 6 years in a low secure men's specialist Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) hospital. Louise has a wide range of clinical knowledge and experience, working as a staff nurse on the neuro progressive and behavioural wards, progressing to unit manager and moving up to her current role as Deputy Care Centre Director. During her time at Adderley Green, Louise has continued to increase her nursing skills, training as a specialist tracheostomy nurse. Louise is committed to helping staff to reach their full potential, championing high standards of care at all times. In addition to helping to develop staff, Louise works closely with resident’s families to ensure that they feel supported and informed, throughout their loved ones journey at Adderley Green.
