Service users reflect on their experience of the DBT programme at Hope House.
Hope House, Milton Keynes provides a 15 month intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme for women who have a history of serious self-harm as part of their primary diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
The model has a robust evidence base and has demonstrated success in decreasing risk behaviours, improving relationships and enhancing independent living skills.
